Mayura is a boutique hotel, in peaceful location. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Special thankyou to the staff who helped to find my mobile phone, getting in the pond. Special mention to Gede who looked after us beautifully.

The rooms were lovely, the food was nice and exceptional, but the best thing were the staff, they couldn’t do enough for you, when our bathroom flooded they got straight on it, the masseur was wonderful and Gede, our driver who took us on excursions from the hotel was a wonderful young man who took exceptional care of us, it was a pleasure to spend time with, he is a credit to the hotel and his country. What a pleasant stay.

Extremely kind, welcoming, engaging, attentive staff. Quiet and serene place, the rooms are comfortable, there is choice in meals, I loved everything I ate, a bit of Ubud access but very good for tranquility. I'd love to come back!

Room was clean and comfortable, quiet at night. Staff cannot do enough for you. Restaurant is quite good and reasonable, theme nights and entertainment free. Breakfast is good, pool is lovely, your guides and taxis easily arranged. Hired a guide for 8 hours, cost about £30 for the day, lovely man, helpful and informative, covered 5 excursions in one day. Beautiful place for a retreat, lovely sound of running water from river below.

Awesome stay in this hotel. Place is really nice with a swimming pool and wellness. Team is really welcoming and warm, very professional in terms of service. Around 20 minutes from Ubud center in a peaceful area. I recommend it. We had a really great stay there!
